These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of stockInvesting.com (the "Service"), operated by stockInvesting.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access subscription features, you must register an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We offer pay-per-report purchases and monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Pay-per-report: One-time charge, single report, no recurring billing.
Monthly subscriptions: Auto-renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Unused reports do not roll over between billing cycles.
Pay-per-report purchases are refundable within 24 hours if the report failed to generate or contained material errors. For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billed period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and the reports generated for your personal, non-commercial investment research. You may share downloaded report PDFs with your immediate family, financial advisor, or accountant. You may not publicly redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit reports.
All content, methodology, software, trademarks, and branding associated with the Service remain the exclusive property of stockInvesting.com and our licensors. No rights are transferred to you except as expressly granted in these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKINVESTING.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH IT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES, TRADING LOSSES, OR OTHER FINANCIAL DAMAGES ATTRIBUTABLE TO DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON OUR REPORTS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless stockInvesting.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Intellectual Property) will survive.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
