If you have ever closed a brokerage app frustrated that the only research available was either institutional (priced for hedge funds) or meme (priced for entertainment), this is for you.

The gap we noticed.

There is an enormous gap between the research products that Goldman analysts rely on — Bloomberg Terminal, AlphaSense, FactSet — and what individual investors can realistically access. Terminal costs $25,000 a year. AlphaSense starts at $15,000 per seat. Those tools are extraordinary but economically out of reach for anyone not managing other people's money.

Meanwhile, the retail research world is dominated by newsletters, social media personalities, and aggregator sites. Some are excellent. Most are mediocre. A few are deliberately misleading. Almost none offer a consistent, rigorous analytical framework that works across thousands of tickers on demand.

We wanted to build what we wished existed: a research product that behaves like an institutional analyst — disciplined methodology, stage-aware scoring, transparent rules — at a price a working investor can afford.

What we believe.

Analysis is not advice. We produce structured research reports. What you do with them is your decision, not ours. We are not your financial advisor. We do not manage your money. We do not promise returns.

Methodology matters more than conclusions. A report with a clear framework you can audit is more valuable than one with a confident recommendation you cannot verify. Our scoring rules are published. If you disagree with them, you can adjust your interpretation accordingly.

Stage-appropriate frameworks beat universal ones. Judging a pre-revenue biotech by its P/E ratio is nonsense. Judging a dividend-paying utility by its TAM is nonsense. Matching the framework to the company is the core of good analysis.

Transparency about limitations. Our reports are generated by an AI-powered research engine. That engine can make mistakes, misinterpret data, or miss context that a human analyst would catch. We disclose this openly. You should always verify material facts before making decisions.

What we don't do.

We do not manage money. We do not offer personalized recommendations. We do not time the market. We do not sell tips, signals, or alerts promising specific returns. We do not take compensation from companies we analyze. We do not have a "preferred list" of stocks. We analyze what you ask us to analyze, using the same methodology for every ticker.
